Project Associate - Remote - Part-Time (20 Hours a Week)
Pay Rate Range: $30.00/hr. - $34.66/hr.
Description/Comment:
Under direct supervision, assists in daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements. Tracks progress and identifies/resolves obstacles. Communicates to internal and external clients. Performs some administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress reports. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and no experience.

This role is primarily working within the Adobe Workfront system.
Coverage Needs: Project Manager with experience in marketing and ideally healthcare. They will oversee the marketing collateral review and approval process for the U.S., Canada and Europe.
This includes: Facilitate the review and approval process for each piece of marketing collateral in the division Quality check on all submissions. Point of contact and customer care for all stakeholder reviewers. Assisting marketing team with collateral review submission to ensure accuracy and business rules are followed. Advise European marketers on in-country laws and procedures for accuracy in submissions. Coordinating and triaging with various stakeholders within the system to keep projects moving in a timely manner. Generating and distributing quarterly and ad hoc reports to stakeholders.
